Located just a few miles up the road, on the corner of Jog Road
and Gateway Blvd, is the beautiful Henry and Ida Hochman Jewish Community Center.
This wonderful facility features a wide variety of programming
plus a spa, fitness center, adult and youth sports leagues,
aquatics facility, basketball gymnasium and much more. They have
preschool and youth activities, as well as a variety of exciting
adult classes, programs and special events. The JCC was recently
voted #1 by South Florida Parenting magazine. Membership
includes the use of both Boynton Beach and West Palm Beach
facilities and start as low as $15.00 per month.

WYNDSONG ESTATES & WYNDSONG ISLE ESTATES
102 Single-family homes built by Paramount Residential. 4, 5 and 6 bedroom homes range in price from the $400's to the $600's. The newest neighborhood, Wyndsong Isle Estates is located about ½ mile north of the original Wyndsong Estates on El Clair Ranch Road. Demand surged as this is the only community in the general vicinity with 4+ bedroom homes. Both neighborhoods feature community pools and walkways that lead strollers around a serene lakefront.

MAJESTIC ISLES

Coronado Estates is one of the newer and more luxurious estate home
communities in Boynton Beach. Building began in Coronado Estates in

over 5,000 square feet. HOA fees for Coronado Estate are $260 per
month.

Madison Lakes is located on the corner of Woolbright road and Jog

not mandatory. HOA fees are $146 payable per month.

Palm Chase Lakes is a lovely 55+ gated condominium
community distinguished by beautiful wide-open landscaped expanses
and charming lakeside settings. The community clubhouse offers an

beautiful pool and hot tub area. Palm Chase Lakes has 348 units
comprised of attached villas and condo apartments. It also is
extremely well-priced with prices in the $250-$335k price range.

Indian Wells is located on Jog road between Wooldbright road and

Sun

Boynton Waters offers a wide range of
homes built between the early 1990's and as recent as the past few
years. Homes in Boynton Waters are currently selling for prices anywhere

more expensive homes. HOA fees in the older section of Boynton Waters
